THE North Wales Exiles begin the UK rugby sevens season this weekend (May 14/15) when they travel over the border to defend their Manchester Sevens title.
The Exiles, who were runners-up last week at the famous Heineken Kinsale Sevens tournament, in Ireland, will again be captained by Rhyl's James Farrell, at the two day tournament at Broughton Park Rugby Club, Manchester. Prestatyn model Lauren Knowles was at the 2011 kit launch to wish the team good luck, along with Rhyl and North Wales Exiles hooker Mike Hall. Their first game on Sunday, May 15th, kicks off at 10.40am.
