Full league programme this Saturday with great matches in prospect.
Bethesda who have climbed to third place visit Bala who lost narrowly at Llandudno last week. This could be a close affair similar to the 10-10 scoreline earlier in the season at Bethesda. These two teams are evenly matched but visitors might take the honours on current form.
Bro without a game last weekend welcome a rejuvenated Mold who are enjoying a three match winning run.The home side could be hard pressed to hold the visitors and whilst the scoreline will be much closer than the 50--0 drubbing suffered earlier in the season Mold could go home with the points.
Dinbych travel to Dolgellau in a crucial relegation zone battle. Dolgellau came back strongly at Bethesda last week and were very unlucky to go away empty handed. Dinbych were the 37-16 victors at home but this time Dol's home advantage could prove decisive.
League leaders Nant fresh from their last week's excellent SWALEC Plate away win at Pontypool United entertain Caernarfon who returned to winning ways with a home victory against Rhuthin last week. The willingness of both teams to play an open game could mean an exciting high scoring encounter. Getting a result at Nant is always difficult and their current performances and form suggest they will take the spoils.
Llandudno travel to second placed Pwllheli, who narrowly lost out in the Plate at Skewen last week, to try and repeat their 30--18 success at home earlier in the season which is Pwll's only defeat so far.The home side will be keen to maintain the pressure and reduce the seven point gap on leaders Nant but the improving visitors are capable of causing an upset. However Pwll's league form and home advantage could sway the result in their favour.
Rhuthin host Cobra with both sides needing a change in fortunes-Rhuthin to end a disastrous six match losing run which has seen them drop to 4th place in the league placings. Cobra find themselves in the relegation zone having lost their last three matches and need every point to keep afloat. This will be a hard fought encounter but the home side might have the edge to take the points and end their dismal run.
