The action starts this weekend for the clubs of North/Mid Wales this weekend as they play the first game in their respective Pools.
The recent World Cup certainly showed how the women’s game had progressed and this, coupled with the efforts of all at grass roots level in Wales, means that the WRU Women’s Super Cup now has a healthy 32 clubs in the structure, allowing for four full quarter finals in the Cup, Plate, Bowl and Vase, giving all those taking part a realistic chance to progress to the silverware.

Caernarfon Ladies, playing in Pool A, start their campaign away at Penybanc on Sunday. Their league comprises of Caernarfon, Penybanc, Maesteg Celtic, Kidwelly, Gorseinon, Skewen, Whitland and Seven Sisters.
