Gemau/Games 2il Chwefror 2019/ 2nd February 2019
Ar drothwy’r Pencampwriaethau Chwe Gwlad 2019 bydd nifer o dimau ar hyd a lled y gogledd yn edrych ymlaen at y seibiant ac eraill eisiau chwarae pob wythnos gan eu bod nhw mewn siap dda tymor yma. Un o’r rhain yw Llandudno sy’n eistedd ar frig Adran 1 wedi ennill pob gem yn y gynghrair. Mae nhw 6 pwynt o flaen Pwllheli a Rhuthun ar ôl curo yn Nant Conwy wythnos diwethaf. Tim arall sydd mewn siap dda ydy Rhuthun, curo Pwllheli wythnos diwethaf adref o 10 bwynt i 3
Yn yr ail adran mae COBRA ar frig y tabl ar ôl chwarae 13 gem, ond bydd rhaid bod yn wyliadwrus o Ddolgellau sydd wedi chwarae 4 gem yn llai nai ‘cymdogion’ o Feifod. Yn y drydedd adran, mae Shotton ar y frig y tabl gyda un gem i chwarae dros Machynlleth a 2 bwynt o fantais ar hyn o bryd. Mae ail dim Pwllheli hefo 3 i chwarae dros Shotton yn ogystal.
Heb os, mae’r cyfnod yma tan ganol Mawrth yn bwysig i bob un tim, boed ar frig pob tabl neu yn agos at gwaelod.
GEM Y PENWYTHNOS
Llandudno v Rhuthun
Yn sicr, dyma gem y penwythnos ar hyd y Gogledd. Llandudno heb golli a Rhuthun wedi codi’r gynghrair ers gorffen yn 10fed yn nhymor 2016-7. Gorffennodd y gem 9-8 i Llandudno nol yn Hydref felly mae’n siwr fydd y gem dydd Sadwrn mor agos a hynny ar derfyn y 80 munud.

With the 2019 Six Nations also beginning this weekend, some teams will look forward to a few weekends off to nurse some injuries while others will want to continue playing due to their form. One of these teams is Llandudno, who head Division One North having winning each game this season. They are currently 6 pts ahead of the chasing pack (Pwllheli and Ruthin). They came back from Nant Conwy after defeating the defending champions in a close game by 13-8. Another team in good form are Ruthin, having beaten Pwllheli last weekend in another close match 10-3.
In Division Two North COBRA head the table after playing 13 games but Dolgellau have four games in hand following the ‘cup run’ and a few postponed games in October. While Shotton lead Division Three North by two points with Machynlleth and Pwllheli 2nds are hot on their heels.
Wherever you are in the league, this is an important part of the season for all those at the top of each league or even at the lower end of the league.
