In DIVISION 1 a real battle in prospect at the Morfa when the Cofis (P14 W4 L10) lying in 8th position welcome Bethesda (P16 W5 L11)who trail 2 points behind in 9th. Honours are even between these two sides this season with the Cofis winning at home in the WRU Plate and Pesda sneaking a 14-10 victory at Dol Ddafydd. The Cofis have only won once at home in the league this season whilst the visitors have yet to win on the road. These sides are well matched, Pesda's forward power could make the difference for their first away success.
Dolgellau (P15 W3 L12) make their way to 4th place Llandudno (P14 W10 L4) needing a win to ease their relegation fears. They have not met so far this season but Tudno are the form side with five successive league wins under their belt. Dol may have to settle for a losing bonus point.
A great contest on the cards at Cae Smyrna when Llangefni (P14 W10 L4) host 3rd place Bala (P15 W11 L4). These sides have not met so far this season and have also been drawn against each other in the Conwy Land Rover North Wales Cup semi final. They are both in good form, well organised , Bala won 17-10 on their last visit in 2016, close again with the visitors shading it.
Mold (P16 W7 L9) make the trek to Bodegroes to face current champions Pwllheli (P14 W13 L1)who sit in 2nd place. It was a tight game at Mold , Pwllheli scraping a 21-17 victory at the death. The visitors have lost three on the bounce and form suggests a home win on Saturday.
An intriguing clash at Cae Ddol when 7th place Rhuthun (P17 W7 L10) host second from bottom club Bro (P14 W4 L10). The home side will be keen to return to winning ways following 4 successive defeats to stay clear of the emerging relegation dogfight. Bro similarly have experienced a 4 match losing streak and need to take full advantage of their games in hand to move up the table. the visitors were 21-0 winners earlier in the season, tight , Rhuthun may have the edge this time.

DIVISION 2

Newtown travel to Llangollen. In form Llanidloes will prove a tough nut to crack for 3rd place Wrexham . It should be a close tussle at 5th place Rhyl when they host Bangor who are 3 points behind them in the table.
