The ladies teams at Caernarfon, Welshpool and COBRA are through to the quarter finals of the WRU National competitions.

Aided by the launch this season of the North Wales Game On Womens league, two Montgomeryshire clubs, Welshpool and COBRA, are thriving and both enjoying a very successful season.
With the league fixtures completed, it's time to turn their attentions to the National Bowl Competition and both are through to the quarter finals which take place on Sunday, 29th April.
COBRA travel south to Tumble whilst Welshpool host Deri.

Welshpool v Deri
North Wales' premier Women's team, Caernarfon, play in the Cup competition and are also through to the quarter finals where they will entertain Lampeter Town. This game will also take place on Sunday, 29th April.
