If you have any pictures from either of the Parc Eirias North Wales finals it would be appreciated if you could send them to gwcymru1@aol.com
Apologies that this report has been uploaded a few days after the game took place but, with so many finals taking place over the weekend, reports are running behind a little - back on track now!

Pwllheli 13 v Bethesda 6
Pwllheli started in a hurry and and completely out foxed the Bethesda defence in the first two minutes of play- allowing No 8 Huw Williams to score the only try of this game, outside half Owain Williams to convert a difficuilt conversion, and placing the Llyn side in control.
The game continued mostly in Ogwen Valley territory with an occasional visit to the Pwllheli half of the field but both teams defended well with offending at rucks and mauls and offsides minimal and well officiated by referee Gareth Edwards and his assistants. The Llyn side gained a penalty on 23 minutes which Williams converted and three minutes later Bethesda 's Gareth Wyn was succesful with his second penalty attempt to make it 10-3 at half time.
With Pwllheli reduced to 14 men just before the half time whistle for an offence at a ruck, there was some pressure from the opposition but nothing much materialised - Bethesda were driven back time and again with penetrating kicks and individual carries - mostly before reaching the 22 line of their opponents.
Another yellow card, for an innocuous tip tackle, reduced Pwllheli to 14 men again on 66 minutes and allowed Carwyn Williams to reduce the arrears to four points. Bethesda again failed to take advantage and indeed allowed to be pressurised to infringing again early in injury time and allowed the Pwllheli outside-half to increase the lead with a penalty from in front of the posts.
Pwllheli deservedly won the game 13 - 6 with a well disciplined performace, hard tackling display, and a determination - all the qualities coach Ian Jones had demanded in training all week.
