A round up of the games involving Nant, Bethesda, Builth, Dolgellau and COBRA
The chance to run out on to the Millennium Stadium moves one step nearer this weekend as the last 16 teams in both the Swalec Plate and Swalec Bowl do battle on the road to the Final.
In the Swalec Plate, Nant Conwy have a glamour tie against Dunvant, until recent seasons amongst the elite of Welsh rugby. As you will see from the report below taken from the Dunvant web-site, it's going to be no easy task for Nant but that's what cup games are all about...
Dunvant welcome Nant Conwy for a first ever visit to Broadacre for the 4th round of the Swalec Plate.
With the winners going through to a last 8 draw, a Millenium Stadium Final in May draws ever closer for the victor.
This promises to be an entertaining, exciting and open game. Both sides have scored 52 tries in their league games this season and look to get their back lines moving at every opportunity. Dunvant are also protecting an unbeaten home record in all League and Cup games this season. Let's give a very warm Broadacre welcome to our guests on their very first visit to Broadacre.
Bethesda host Nelson RFC, 'stars' of the recent Week In Week Out programme on BBC Wales and they are also in fine form this season. Nelson head South East Division 3 and will be formidable opponents for the North Walians. Their league form is impressive with the following record P15 W11 D2 L2 F439 A280 Pts57.
Builth Wells make the journey to Abertillery who are currently in fourth position in Division Three East.
We wish Nant, Bethesda and Builth all the best for Saturday's games.
