Ticket update and car parking information for Friday night's game announced
Wales’ senior team may have made a flying start to the 6 Nations with an away win against Ireland at the weekend, but the first action on home soil will take place in the newly revamped Eirias Stadium this Friday evening (10th Feb) when Wales take on Scotland in an U20 6 Nations fixture.
Although Wales narrowly lost their opening U20 game away to Ireland they’ll be looking to change things when they face the Scottish on Friday night. When Wales U18’s faced an Australian Schoolboys team in Colwyn Bay two years ago there was a certain George North on the wing and this U20’s team is certain to be littered with stars of the future as well!
A good crowd is anticipated at the stadium with 3,500 tickets sold already and many more selling daily. Supporters are advised to purchase tickets in advance of the game rather than risk none being available on the night.
Car parking is certain to be at a premium with Ysgol Bryn Elian being utilised as a park and walk car park and the Bay View Shopping Centre hosting a park and ride car park. A minibus will also be collecting supporters from Colwyn Bay train station and returning them after the game free of charge.
For further information please call Eirias Leisure Centre directly on 01492 577900.
Tickets are available from the centre or can be purchased online from Venue Cymru on 01492 872000 or www.venuecymru.co.uk.
