Little Stars
A fun programme for ages 3 -7 encouraging children to use core skills such as agility, balance & co-ordination as well as developing social & personal skills. Specially designed rugby-based activities and games are used to develop the children's physical learning and understanding of the game and the skills used in rugby.
Throughout the courses each child's progress will be tracked and monitored with certificates being warded as they progress through each course.
On first sign up each child will receive a Little Stars Pack.
About Little Stars Courses
Courses are 6 consecutive weeks in length, running in hand with the school terms. Times can vary depending on the area and coach.
The WRU Rugby Stars Programme
The Welsh Rugby Union is one of the leading rugby organisations in World rugby. With fantastic links to each of our professional regional teams, the WRU has access to all the top players and the very best coaching staff. We will put these expertise and knowledge into delivering high quality, fun development opportunities for young people of all ages and abilities.
All our our courses run under the following principles:
•WRU & UKCC Qualified coaches that all have enhanced CRB checks
•Each course will be run in line with Child Protection guidelines and have a nominated child welfare officer
•Each course will be challegning and fun for every indiviudual
•Players will be group both based on ability and age when they attend to ensure that we maximise learning

Junior Stars
A 3 day course in the school holidays for children aged 8-12 years. Courses are run across each region and each course can be booked for either single days or the full 3 days. Your child will have the chance to meet players from The National Team who will sign autographs and have their picture taken with them.
The courses will be rugby specific and aim to give the players the full experience of a number of player development activities. There will be numerous games and activities for participants to take part in with the 3 days focussed on fun and enjoyment with player improvement also a focus.
Participants will be allowed to sign up for the full 3 days or single days at a time.
